What do you do for stress?

When you're having a bad day, do you have any tips or tricks that help you feel normal again?

Sometimes music works for me. Going for a walk. The problem is that when I'm really stuck in it, it's difficult to find the perspective to take my own advice. Working out is out for the moment...

Any suggestions? I'm a sponge for your input.

If it's project or situation-related stress, I find that physically walking away for a few minutes helps me clear my head and get perspective on the stressful situation.

For broader stress, I find that talking with a third party really helps -- dinner and drinks with friends or a long walk can be a great stress reliever for me.

Those are great ideas, KermitFan. I really should've gone for a walk. Maybe I'll remember that next time.
