Seriously?

Hypothetically. I start a business. I fill out the forms for city and state licenses. I pay my fees. Six months later I get a notice saying I did not fill out the city license and I face criminal violation.

BUT I DID.

I have a (hypothetical) e-mail in to the guy who sent me the letter with my city license information. But this is just damned frustrating.
